Jon Urbana Wears Different Hats But He Has One Goal In Mind

The world is filled with people that sit back and watch other people make a difference. Putting yourself in the public’s eye in order to promote a cause or raise awareness for a worthy charity is not something that most people think about. But Colorado native Jon Urbana thinks about other people and animal causes all the time.

How and why Urbana decided to devote his life to keeping cats safe from the perils they face daily are good questions, but they don’t need an answer. Jon Urbana started to support Earth Force after getting behind the Animal Rescue and Adoption Society in Denver so cats could be protected from people that don’t understand the value of these quiet but smart creatures. Cats are not like dogs. Dogs like to show their feelings. Cats hide them until they know their feelings are understood.

Urbana started a CrowdRise fund to bring awareness to his Animal Rescue and Adoption Society, and its working. More people are looking at cats differently thanks to Jon. But Jon isn’t a one-dimensional guy. Urbana also founded the Next Level Lacrosse Camp for kids that wanted to learn how to play the sport in the Denver area. Jon was a star Lacrosse player in high school, and he continue to stand out on the field when played for Villanova. Urbana’s love for Lacrosse makes the Next Level Lacrosse Camp an exciting experience for all his students.

Jon also has a passion for photography and music. He combines those passions with his love of Lacrosse and the products that come out of that combination are works of art. But Urbana doesn’t stop there. He’s a pilot and an astute businessman.

All his accomplishments make Urbana sound like a man pushing 60, but Urbana has a long way to go before he hits that age. The fundraiser from Denver has a lot of energy, and he uses that energy to enhance the lives of people and animals. He’s not afraid to speak out and defend the defenseless, and that is the true mark of a man with character and conviction.

If you haven’t heard his music yet, you’re missing out. Urbana posted two tracks at MTV and has a bunch more on Soundcloud. And the best part? It’s all free.
